This site is provided as-is, for information about Side Quest Operations and the work it produces. Prices, availability, and product details described here can change without notice; the Etsy shop is the authoritative source for what is currently for sale.
Purchases
Sales of finished products are handled by Etsy and governed by Etsy's own terms, policies, and buyer protections. This site does not process payments and does not store payment information.
Custom Work
Custom projects are agreed in writing before work begins. That agreement covers scope, price, schedule, revisions, and delivery, and takes precedence over anything described on this site.
Unless otherwise agreed: you keep the rights to artwork and content you supply, and you confirm you have the right to use it. Side Quest Operations retains the rights to original SQO designs, including designs shown in the shop and on this site.
Intellectual Property
The Side Quest Operations name, wordmark, SQO mark, tagline, and original designs belong to Side Quest Operations. Please don't reproduce or resell them without permission.
Liability
Side Quest Operations is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
